2. (conductor) one who directs an orchestra or other such group; a substance or medium that conducts heat, light, sound, or especially an electric charge; a lightning rod, as on a house or barn.

3. (composer) a person who writes music, someone who composes music as a profession; contrapuntist, a composer who specializes in counterpoint; ballad maker, songster, songwriter, a composer of words or music for popular songs.

4. (producer) one that produces, especially a person or organization that produces goods or services for sale; one who supervises and controls the finances, creation, and public presentation of a play, film, program, or similar work.

5. (performer) to portray a role or demonstrate a skill before an audience; to take action in accordance with the requirements of; to fulfill or perform one's contractual obligations;  to carry out an action.
